This site (delteil-moore.com) is a personal portfolio run by Nick Delteil-Moore. It hosts a small set of tools and pages, some of which are produced as part of my work on the Frontier Tech Hub. This notice explains what information the site handles, why, and the rights you have over it. It is written to align with the Frontier Tech Hub's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

The Frontier Tech Hub connection

Several tools here, including the Pillar 3 Tracker, the FT Dashboard, the OASIS index and the FCDO Supplier Brief, relate to my role on the Frontier Tech Hub, an FCDO-funded programme. Where content relates to that programme, the Frontier Tech Hub's own policy applies, operated by Results for Development. This notice is written to be consistent with it.

What information this site collects

This is a static site and it does not run any third-party advertising, tracking or analytics. In normal use it collects very little about you:

• Hosting logs. The site is served through Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard request data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
• Fonts. Pages load the Jost typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google, which receives your IP address as part of that.
• Tool logins. Some tools, including the Board and the Pillar 3 Tracker, use Supabase as a backend. Sign-in is for me as the site owner. If you are not signed in, these tools do not collect personal information about you beyond the hosting logs above.

The FCDO Supplier Brief and similar tools draw on public data sources, such as the IATI Datastore and Find a Tender. They do not process personal information about site visitors.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not set tracking cookies. Where a tool needs to remember that you are signed in, or hold a preference such as a saved view, it uses your browser's local storage on your own device. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings, though signed-in tools will then ask you to sign in again.

Analytics

There is currently no analytics or session-recording tool running on this site. If that changes, this notice will be updated first, and any such tool would be limited to aggregated, non-identifying usage data.

Who has access to your information

I do not sell or rent your information, and I do not share it for marketing. The limited data described above is processed only by the services needed to run the site:

• Cloudflare, for hosting and delivery;
• Supabase, for the backend behind signed-in tools;
• Google Fonts, for typography.

Each of these processes data only to provide its service. Information may also be disclosed where I am required to do so by law.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive it in a portable form, to object to its processing, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these, or if anything held about you is inaccurate or out of date, contact me using the details below.

Data retention

Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or for as long as required to meet a legal obligation, after which it is deleted.

Transferring information outside the UK and EU

The services above operate across different regions, so hosting logs and tool data may be processed on servers outside the UK and EU. Where that happens, I rely on those providers' safeguards to keep the level of protection consistent with UK and EU standards.

Children (16 or under)

The privacy of children aged 16 or under matters. If you are 16 or under, please get permission from a parent or guardian before you provide any personal information through this site.

Links to other websites

This site links to sites run by other organisations, including the Frontier Tech Hub. This notice applies only to delteil-moore.com. I cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of other sites, so please read their own policies when you visit them.
